Erika Field is an independent knitwear designer, knitting instructor, and fiber arts vlogger with a degree in art history from Duke University. She began publishing knitting patterns in 2021 and launched the Knit Kind YouTube channel in 2023.

Previously, Erika had a career in non-profit work, including more than a decade at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She is also a certified professional coach and an active community volunteer.
